1. Service Description

The Online Vocal Assessment is a professional service designed to help you understand your vocal strengths and areas for growth. It provides strategic, personalized feedback for educational, vocals, and ministry development purposes only.

2. Access and Submission

Upon registration, you will receive immediate access to your assessment instructions. You are required to submit your vocal recording following the provided guidelines. Your vocal feedback REPORT will be delivered to your email immediately after the coach’s detailed review and evaluation.

3. Non-Medical Disclaimer

This service does not constitute medical advice or vocal health treatment. All feedback is based solely on the submitted performance and should not replace consultation with a certified vocal health professional.

4. Results May Vary

Vocal progress depends on your individual effort, consistency, and application of the feedback provided. 

5. Bonuses and Offers

Any bonus materials (videos, audios, write-up, resources, and materials) included in the promotional offer are non-transferable and must be claimed during the active promotional period.

6. Refund Policy 

Due to the personalized nature of this service, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

By enrolling, you agree that:

• Programs & Courses – ‎A program or course is considered officially begun once Lesson 1 has been shared and a session booking confirmed.‎ ‎Access to course materials (including audio, video, and written resources) is granted immediately upon enrollment.‎ ‎Fees are non-refundable once lessons, materials, or resources have been accessed.

• Assessment – ‎Access to the assessment is granted immediately upon payment. ‎You are required to submit your vocal sample to receive feedback. ‎A detailed REPORT will be delivered immediately after the coach’s professional review and evaluation. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access is provided.

• Rescheduling of Sessions – ‎While we seek to accommodate changes where possible, student-initiated postponements may disrupt the flow of training.‎ Rescheduled sessions are subject to coach availability and must be agreed upon in advance.‎ Fees remain non-refundable in cases of postponement, cancellation, or discontinuation by the student. A penalty fee maybe applied where necessary.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All submitted recordings and personal details will be handled with confidentiality and used exclusively for the assessment process. We do not share your data with third parties.

8. Enrollment Cap

Enrollment is limited to 30 students per month to ensure personalized attention and timely feedback. Once the monthly capacity is reached, new registrations will be deferred to the next cycle.

9. Use of Materials

Your assessment, feedback, and REPORT are for personal use only. Redistribution, public sharing, or commercial use of these materials without authorization is not permitted.

10. Consent and Agreement
